Our Six Seed loaf is made from six carefully selected seeds and a sprinkling of local New Zealand sea salt. The six seeds include buckwheat, sunflower, flaxseed, white sesame, pumpkin and psyllium seed husk*.
Every single little seed is carefully activated to ease digestion and boost nutrition and deliciousness! For the same good reasons we choose not to add yeast to our loaves, allowing each one time to leaven naturally.
