All our loaves are gluten free, yeast free, plant based, paleo, activated, organic and low carb.
Our Rosemary & Cumin loaf is made from three carefully selected seeds, a pinch of local New Zealand sea salt and a sprinkling of freshly ground rosemary and cumin. The three seeds include buckwheat, sunflower and flaxseed*.
Every little seed is carefully activated to ease digestion and boost nutrition and deliciousness. For the same good reasons we choose not to add yeast to our loaves, allowing each one time to leaven naturally.
Every ingredient is certified organic.
Every loaf is vegan and coeliac friendly.
All our packaging is 100% plastic free. 🌳
