Our Five Seed loaf is made from five different seeds and a sprinkling of New Zealand sea salt. The seeds are buckwheat, sunflower, flaxseed, pumpkin and psyllium seed husk.
This loaf is for anyone wishing to avoid sesame seeds*.
(*Please note that because we do use sesame seeds in our kitchen this loaf may still contain traces of sesame seeds.)

We carefully soak all our seeds to ease digestion and boost nutrition and deliciousness. For the same reasons we choose not to add yeast to our loaves, allowing them time to leaven naturally.
