How We Make Our Loaves

We make all our loaves from absolutely nothing but seeds! No flour, no grains, no rising agents. All our loaves are gluten free, yeast free, plant based, paleo, activated, organic and low carb. We carefully soak all our seeds to ease digestion and boost nutrition and deliciousness. For the same good reasons we choose not to add yeast to our loaves, allowing them time to leaven naturally. All our ingredients are certified organic. All our loaves are vegan and coeliac friendly.

Four Varieties

We currently have four Little Seeds' loaves on offer!


We make our Six Seed loaf from six different seeds and a sprinkling of New Zealand sea salt. The seeds are buckwheat, sunflower, flaxseed, white sesame, pumpkin and psyllium seed husk.


We make our Golden Turmeric loaf from a variety of seeds, a pinch of ground Fijian turmeric and a sprinkling each of New Zealand sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper. The seeds are buckwheat, sunflower, flaxseed, black sesame, pumpkin and psyllium seed husk.


We make our Rosemary & Cumin loaf from a variety of seeds, freshly ground rosemary and cumin, and a sprinkling of New Zealand sea salt. The seeds are buckwheat, sunflower and flaxseed.


Our Five Seed loaf is for anyone wishing to avoid sesame seeds*. The loaf is made from five different seeds and a sprinkling of New Zealand sea salt. The seeds are buckwheat, sunflower, flaxseed, pumpkin and psyllium seed husk.

(*Please note that our Five Seed loaf may still contain traces of sesame seeds.)
